Every order is checked and packed with care. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Return window

Non-returnable items

For reasons of devotion and hygiene, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used — including consumable pooja samagri, and personalised or made-to-order items — unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [5–7] business days of us receiving the returned item (or approving a damage claim).
